How do I pickup and return a book?
Visit the information desk located in the Entry Area for book returns and pickups.

How do I access the New York Times?
For first time users, you'll need to "claim a subscription". If you're a faculty or staff member who has been accessing NYT and suddenly can't, you'll need to renew your subscription.

How do I get help with using a database?
You can schedule an appointment with a reference librarian for help using databases. All reference librarians can provide database help, but it's recommended that you seek assistance from the librarian who works most closely with your subject area.

How do I learn more about the history of BW?

What equipment can I borrow from Ritter Library?
We have several different equipment options: projection and presentation, recording equipment, speakers and microphones, and more. View the Equipment Page where you can see pictures of the different types of equipment available. From there, you can also check availability and make requests to borrow items. Please note, equipment requests are placed on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to make a "reservation" for a particular item weeks in advance, please contact the Access Services department by calling (440) 826-2204.
